The BSc (Hons) Games Development program offers you the opportunity to specialize in one of two significant disciplines within the gaming industry: games software development or games design. This course aims to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and practical experiences necessary to thrive as a graduate in the field of computer games.
During the course, you will choose one of two distinct paths, leading to either a BSc (Hons) Games Development (Design) or a BSc (Hons) Games Development (Software) degree upon graduation.
In the first year of the program, you will focus on building a strong foundation in game creation. Additionally, you will acquire the necessary skills to develop game prototypes using popular technologies like Unity and Unreal game engines. Following the first year, you will make a specialization decision and opt for one of the two available streams.
