This degree scheme consists of two-thirds Education and one-third Mathematics. In your three years at Aberystwyth, you will study a broad spectrum of education topics, including sociological, psychological and education aspects of the subject; along with that will come exposure to the mathematical language that underpins so much of the modern world, from science, technology and engineering, to finance and commerce. This course is perfect for aspiring teachers, tutors and lecturers with a particular interest in Mathematics. On successful completion of this degree, students are eligible to apply for post-graduate teacher training (PGCE) at Primary level.
