This degree allows you to examine the lives of children and young people aged 8 to 25, at local and global levels. It empowers you to work with them and make a positive impact on their lives. Education, sociology, psychology, health, welfare and social policy are key subjects that give you a breadth of knowledge and experience which will be invaluable to your future career. You will also put your learning into practice through a work placement.
112-128 points to include a minimum of 2 A levels, or equivalent, An average of 70% or above in the 12 Standard (Central Board) examinations or 75% in the State Board. IELTS score of 6.0 with no component score below 5.5. A levels – ABB–BBC, International Baccalaureate – 25, An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) application before starting their professional placement working with children and young people.
