Project managers are involved with a project throughout its lifecycle; from early feasibility and design stages, through to construction and handover. The role has a wide range of applications, from the management of new build projects, maintenance and refurbishment, to strategic asset management.Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), this project management course prepares you for a variety of project management roles in the construction industry. You will develop core project management skills that reflect the needs of the profession, such as programming and planning, project administration, risk management, construction technology, contract practice, health and safety, sustainability, and managing people.Project management is a thriving profession in the UK and internationally. By the time you graduate, you will have the skills and confidence to progress as a construction project manager. This course is also available through Network75, a combined work and study route.
An overall average of 60 - 65% or above in the 12th Standard. IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent. A Level: BCC - CCC (this is equivalent to 104-96 UCAS tariff points).
