The Aerospace Engineering programmes encompass advanced materials, aerodynamics, space systems, thermodynamics and the latest in computational and simulation tools. Using our extensive facilities for aerodynamics and materials testing, our demonstrator jet engine and flight simulator, you will put the theory you learn into practice through challenging project work. As a student on our Aerospace Engineering programmes you will have access to some of the most advanced flow facilities in Europe, and be taught by world-leading experts in the field of aerospace engineering. You will also benefit from the close links with major companies such as Rolls-Royce, Airbus and QinetiQ.
A-level Overall: ABB, required subjects: Mathematics and Physics. IELTS of 6.0 overall with 5.5 in each band. International Baccalaureate Overall: 33, Required subjects: HL5/SL6 in Mathematics (Analysis and approaches at HL/SL or Applications and interpretation at HL) and Physics. Minimum percentage required (12 standard or HSC) 70%.
