Year 1:

Year 2:
The second year delves deeper into specialized topics. Modules such as Construction Engineering Technology, Design Studio 2, Project Procurement, Management and Law, Technologies of Architecture 2, and Structural Principles enhance students' technical proficiency and project management skills. An optional placement year provides practical industry experience, which, upon successful completion, is reflected in the degree title.

Year 3:
In the final year, students focus on advanced topics and professional practice. Modules include Design Studio 3, Professional (Design) Practice, Sustainable Design and Technology Research Project, Building Pathology, and Construction Technology and Innovation. Students engage in independent research and projects, preparing them for professional roles in architectural technology.
