Program Overview

The BEng Engineering Management will set you up for a career in a continuous improvement, planning, supervisory or project management role in engnieering environments. You will develop your technological problem solving skills and your organisational, planning and management abilities, providing you with the knowledge to successfully oversee complex engineering projects from start to finish.This course specialises in Project Management and continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, within an Engineering context, and Yellow Belt and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma courses accredited by the Institute of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSP) are available throughout your BEng Engineering Management studies.

SQA HND / BTEC Level 5 HND / Foundation Degree: Aircraft Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Architectural Technology or Engineering Systems or Engineering: Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline, subject to approval of the Admissions Officer (for SQA HND, with Grade B in the Graded Unit),Dipl me Universitaire de Technologie (DUT): Students from France may apply for Year 3 entry and such applications will be considered on an individual basis. IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification. ​60% in Senior Secondary Examination from CBSE / ICSE / State Board
