This course offers the option to specialise in Systems or Design.This new course for 2021 combines our previous courses BEng/MEng Mechanical Systems Engineering and BEng/MEng Computer-Aided Mechanical Engineering to bring you the knowledge, skills and experiences needed to excel as a graduate in the mechanical engineering field.The new course will be Accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, this course will also meet the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered Engineer.

A level: To meet the requirements, you should achieve BCC, which must include Mathematics, a Science or Technology subject, and a grade C/4 in English GCSE.

ILC Higher: You need to obtain H1 H2 H3 H3 grades, including Mathematics and a Science or Technology subject, and achieve O2 in English.

IB Diploma: You must obtain 26 points, including Mathematics and a Science or Technology subject.

BTEC: You should have a DMM Extended Diploma in an Engineering subject (subject to unit profile), along with a grade C/4 in English GCSE.

SWAP: For Access to STEM, the entry requirement is ABB.

English language: An IELTS score of 6.0 is required, with no individual element scoring below 5.5.
