Program Description

This BSc Quantity Surveying course focuses on the factors that affect the procurement and construction of a building or structure over its complete life cycle, with particular emphasis on the economic, legal, financial and managerial considerations of the construction process.

Eligibility Criteria

A-levels BBC, 112 UCAS tariff points, IELTS 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each element. The 12th Standard minimum of 70 %.
