Are you interested in analysing and using the English language in the real world This course explores English in a broad range of real-life environments, giving you the ability to understand the ways in which the language works on listeners or readers, and skills in producing your own texts. Plus, if you are interested in becoming a teacher of English as a foreign language, you can choose to follow a special strand which will lead to the award of the Trinity Certificate in TESOL.
UCAS points – 112-120 points to include a minimum of 2 A levels, or equivalent, to include English or another Humanities/Social Science subject.An average of 70% or above in the 12 Standard (Central Board) examinations or 75% in the State Board. IELTS score of 6.0 with no component score below 5.5. A levels – BBB–BBC, International Baccalaureate – 25
