Through the business modules you will explore the key approaches and techniques vital to managing and running an international business, whilst specialist modules give you a detailed appreciation of the unique features and challenges of the hospitality and tourism industries. The approach combines theory and practice in a way that gives you the chance to apply your knowledge, making use of case studies, business simulations and site visits. This balance gives you both the in-depth knowledge to thrive in international hospitality and tourism and a broader range of transferable skills that can be applied to a variety of managerial and entrepreneurial roles.
A-level Overall: BBC, IELTS of 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each band. International Baccalaureate Overall: 3!. Minimum percentage required (12 standard or HSC) 70%.
