Year 1:
You’ll start by building a strong foundation with core modules such as The Age of Extremes: World History Since 1914, Understanding Politics Today: Approaches, Issues and Case Studies, and Power, (Dis)order & Security: Understanding Global Politics 1. These courses introduce key historical events and political ideas, preparing you for more advanced study.
Year 2:
The second year allows for more specialized study, with modules like Analysing International Relations: From Realism to Postcolonialism, Introduction to Data Analysis for Politics and International Relations, and Worldbuilding: International Systems Throughout History. Year 3 (Year Abroad):

You’ll complete a Dissertation or Research Project in Politics and International Relations, alongside optional modules such as Politics and Popular Culture, Better Worlds?
