As you progress, you will learn how to generate fresh ideas through experimentation, write for different readers and publishing platforms, solve problems, collaborate, research both professionally and academically, and promote your work to employers and audiences.We'll go over all the journalism and creative writing essentials, from telling true stories, fiction and script, to the language of news and opinion writing, to politics and media law. But along with the introduction you need, the course also invites you to think outside the box with modules like Breaking the Rules: Remix and Writing Back. You'll also develop critical thinking skills, learn to make and market a blog, and begin using a range of equipment, like video and audio recording kit.
