For admission to the program, applicants are required to meet specific entry requirements based on their educational background. The accepted qualifications include A-levels or BTEC for UK applicants, International Baccalaureate, Access to HE Diploma, and Foundation degree/HND/HNC.

For A-levels, the entry requirements range from BBB to BCC, equivalent to 120 to 104 UCAS Tariff points. It is necessary to have at least one A-level in subjects such as English literature, English language, English language and literature, sociology, or psychology.

BTEC applicants should hold an Extended Diploma with grades ranging from DMM to MMM.

International Baccalaureate applicants are expected to have a minimum of 26 points, with three subjects studied at the Higher level.

Candidates with an Access to HE Diploma must pass with a total of 60 credits, preferably in humanities, history, or politics courses. At least 45 credits should be at Level 3.

Applicants with a Foundation degree/HND/HNC may have the opportunity to start the course in the second year, depending on their qualifications.

Previous study or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of specific qualifications. This means that applicants may receive credits or exemptions for certain elements of the course or be able to enter directly into the second or third year.

In terms of English language proficiency, an overall score of 6.0 in the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is required, with a minimum score of 6.0 in each of the four skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
