3 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
Taught by a dedicated staff team from a range of academic and media industry backgrounds, this course will introduce a diverse range of perspectives and evaluations of the role of media in contemporary cultures. The programme will focus on the politics, ethics and ideologies of cultural representation and issues of diversity and equality in literatures and culture, emphasising the role literature plays in shaping social and cultural identities with in-depth examinations of works from diverse authors ranging from popular to canonical. Internationally renowned critics, novel writers and poets will host sessions to develop your knowledge, while embedded opportunities for work experience and participation in the Literatures@Wolves Culture Programme – including visits to sites of regional, national and international interest, with regular events on campus, theatre performances, visits to museums, galleries and events – will create strong grounds for your practical skills. An additional opportunity to complete a Student Record of Achievement, demonstrating your skills and prior experiences, will further strengthen your case for employment on graduation.
A minimum of between 63% and 65% overall in their Standard XII examinations. IELTS 6.0 (min 5.5 in all components). A Levels : CCC, 96 UCAS Points.
