As a palaeontologist, you will study ancient life in the context of the geological and fossil record - how did life on Earth arise and evolve, and how can we apply data from fossils to solve real-world geological problems Our course places great emphasis on practical learning and developing the transferable skills for employment as a professional palaeontolgist/geoscientist. You will learn in a friendly and supportive environment with a structured tutorial programme across all three years, excellent fieldwork opportunities, student-led extra-curricular activities, refurbished and re-equipped teaching facilities, and strong links with industry. UCAS points – 112–128 points, with 32 points from a Science subject (Applied Science, Archaeology, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science/Studies, Geography, Geology, Mathematics or Physics). An average of 70% or above in the 12 Standard (Central Board) examinations or 75% in the State Board. IELTS score of 6.0 with no component score below 5.5. A levels – ABB–BBC.
