Midwifery Practice 2A and 2B give you further clinical exposure, while Medicines Optimisation and the Midwife teaches safe medication management. You’ll also enhance your research skills through Research for Professional Practice.

Year 3:
The final year prepares you for professional practice and leadership. Innovation in Midwifery Care encourages creative approaches to patient care, while Team Working for Service Improvement emphasizes collaboration. Evidence for Midwifery Practice strengthens your research application skills, and Care in Midwifery Emergencies readies you to handle critical situations confidently. Leadership and innovation are further developed in Leadership and Innovation in Midwifery Care, and Childbirth Journeys revisits childbirth from an advanced perspective.
