Mental health nursing is a specialist professional course that enables you to make a unique contribution to the health and wellbeing of people of all ages who experience, or may be at risk of developing, mental health issues. However as a nurse for the future the NMC expect you to provide care for people from all fields of nursing, so we will enhance your knowledge and skills in relation to caring for adults (including older people), children and those with learning disabilities.
Overall grade of 65% or above in Standard XII from: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). IELTS Academic 6.0 (Min 5.5 in each sub-skill). A Level: 112 points from GCE A Levels. Typical offer BCC-BBC. International Baccalaureate: 26 Points, A self declaration form and a DBS check
Successful graduates are able to apply for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Mental Health nurse
