In your final year, the focus shifts to leadership, management, and preparing for professional practice. Modules like Leadership and Management in Nursing, Advanced Clinical Practice, and Preparation for Registration help you develop the confidence to lead nursing teams and deliver high-quality care. A final clinical placement allows you to consolidate your skills and prepare for your transition to a registered children’s nurse.
