Year 3 – Preparing for professional practice
Your final year is all about becoming a confident, work-ready mental health nurse. You’ll refine advanced skills through Advancing Knowledge, Skills & Therapeutic Interventions, explore leadership in Leading and Managing Quality Care Across Settings, and develop teaching and mentoring skills through The Nurse as an Educator. By the time you complete Becoming a Proficient Practitioner, you’ll be ready to transition smoothly into your first registered nursing role.
