Ulster University’s MPharm (Hons) Pharmacy is a four-year accredited master’s program designed to prepare you for a licensed career in pharmacy, blending pharmaceutical science with clinical practice and patient care. Curriculum Structure

Year 1
You’ll build a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and professional practice. Modules cover drug action, formulation science, and clinical skills, with early exposure to patient care and legal responsibilities. This year sets the stage for understanding how medicines are developed and used.

Year 2
The second year deepens your knowledge of medicinal chemistry, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacy law. You’ll also begin applying clinical reasoning in simulated environments, learning how to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies.

Year 3
