Program Overview

The three-year program consists of 50% practical placement in veterinary practices and 50% theoretical study. You will learn about the fundamental concepts that form the basis of professional veterinary nursing practice and gain essential nursing knowledge. In addition, you will study the anatomical, biomedical, and physiological principles related to animal health and care, as well as explore and discuss current issues affecting veterinary practice and the role of professional nurses within it.

Through this program, you will develop the skills needed to become an independent professional who can make informed decisions, demonstrate leadership, and work effectively in teams within a veterinary setting. Upon completion of the program, you will be equipped with a range of practical skills and techniques to provide effective veterinary nursing care.
