Our BA (Hons) Sport Management degree, endorsed by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), is a three-year program that aims to enhance your knowledge and understanding of key business and management aspects within the field of sports.

Throughout your studies, you will explore the significance of sports in society and how, as a manager, you can effectively meet the needs of individuals and groups. The program equips you with the skills necessary to tackle the challenges involved in managing and developing sports and physical activities in a rapidly evolving sector, both nationally and globally. It also prepares you to become a future leader in the sports business industry.

As part of the course, you will engage in a placement module where you will typically work for approximately six weeks in a sport/leisure organization, a sports management company, or a sport/community development organization. This valuable experience will allow you to work on real-world professional projects.

Our sport management degree is endorsed by CIMSPA, which grants you student membership and provides assurance that this degree aligns with industry standards and employer expectations.

Entry Requirements:
UCAS:

Tariff points ranging from 104 to 120.
A Levels:
Grades ranging from BBB to BCC.
BTEC:
Grades ranging from DDM to DMM.
GCSEs:
A minimum grade of 4/C or higher in both English Language and Mathematics.
IELTS:
Overall score of 6.0, with no individual element below 5.5.
