Mathematics degrees, here at Aberystwyth University, help you to discover a subject that is fundamentally important to modern society - across science, engineering, technology and finance. The Foundation Year is aimed at those who lack the adequate entry qualifications in mathematics and covers the essential mathematics to allow students to continue on to an honours degree.
Available to those who are studying for, or who have completed Level 3 qualifications (eg, A-Levels or BTEC diploma) and to mature-aged candidates without formal qualifications who have suitable background education, experience and motivation, IELTS of 6.5 overall with 5.5 minimum in all bands. The 12th Standard minimum of 75%.
