Through the Medicinal Chemistry programmes you will benefit from being part of a small, friendly Department which offers one of the best staff-to-student ratios in the country. You ll get an integrated training in core and medicinal chemistry, including studying topics such as physiology, pharmacology and cell biology. They have excellent links with leading pharmaceutical companies in the UK and further afield, and many of the students opt to take a Professional Training placement year.
A-level Overall: BBB, required subjects: Chemistry (B) and a second science subject. IELTS of 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each band. International Baccalaureate Overall: 32, Required subjects: HL5/SL6 in Chemistry and a second science subject.. Minimum percentage required (12 standard or HSC) 70%.
