The BA American Studies degree programme is an interdisciplinary course, enabling you to study American history and literature, as well as giving you the opportunity to study politics and film. The programme invites you to engage with diverse forms of cultural expression, including novels, poetry, photographs, paintings, historical and political documents, classic texts, bestsellers, and movies. This degree programme is particularly suited to those who do not wish to spend a year abroad as part of their study but still engage in the BA American Studies course.
For A Level - ABB Scores, including History, or one of the essay-based subjects listed below: Ancient History, Archaeology, Anthropology, Classical Civilisation, Classical Studies, English Literature, History of Art, Politics, Government and Politics, Psychology, Sociology, Film Studies, Media Studies, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Geography. IELTS score 6.0 overall (minimum 5.5 in any component). The 12th Standard minimum of 70%, IB: 32. Interview required.
