Core modules include Current Debates in Anthropology and either the Archaeological Fieldwork Project or Archaeological Fieldschool, alongside optional modules such as Anthropology of Islam, Anthropology of Forced Migration, Analysing Artefacts and Materials, Discovering the Past with Molecular Science, Zooarchaeology, and Forensic Anthropology, allowing students to explore topics ranging from cultural identity to scientific analysis of the past.

Year 3:
The final year focuses on independent research and advanced exploration of archaeology and anthropology topics. Students complete major research work and select specialist areas related to themes such as human societies, heritage, identity, migration, material culture and archaeological science, developing expertise that supports their academic and career goals.

Year 4 (Optional Study Abroad or Employment Experience):
