Year 1: You’ll build foundational knowledge through modules like Introduction to Finance, Accounting and Banking (20 credits), Issues in Economics (20 credits) and Microeconomics (20 credits)—laying groundwork in assessing economic behaviour, financial structures and analysing data. 

Year 2: You will progress into deeper applied study with modules such as Business Intelligence and Data Visualisation (20 credits) and Intermediate Macroeconomics (20 credits) where you’ll use tools and software like EViews and Stata, interpret business data and evaluate economic policy contexts. 

Year 3: In your final year you’ll engage with advanced modules like Advanced Economics (20 credits) and have opportunities for a Research Project (40 credits) or Economics Consultancy Project (20 credits)—you’ll apply your expertise to independent or real-world analysis, and tailor your study to your career ambitions.
