Program Overview:
This three-year degree blends psychological understanding with criminological theory, exploring the causes, consequences, and societal responses to crime. You will gain insight into criminal behaviour, mental processes, and social control, preparing for roles in forensic, legal, or community settings .

Curriculum Structure

Year One
Your first year introduces foundational concepts in both psychology and criminology, with modules that cover becoming a criminologist, the justice system, and the basics of psychological theory and crime.

Year Two
In the second year, you’ll deepen your knowledge in topics such as the psychology of complex behaviour, research and employability skills, along with optional modules that allow you to focus on areas like investigative psychology or social justice.
