From the beginning, you’ll build a strong foundation in core areas of psychology. The course is structured to meet the requirements for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society, which is essential if you aim to pursue postgraduate training and become a Chartered Psychologist.

A key feature of the programme is the opportunity to undertake a placement year in a psychological setting between Years 2 and 3, where you’ll gain valuable real-world experience under supervision. Alternatively, you may choose to study abroad for a year at one of our international partner institutions.
