The applied nature of the degree provides theoretical knowledge along with practical application related to social care in contemporary society.
FdA/FdSc or equivalent Level 5 qualification in an appropriate subject, such as Social Care Practice, Early Years Practice, CCLD, Dip HE, or HND. Applicants are expected to have paid or voluntary work in the relevant setting for 10 hours per week. Applicants are required to have a Disclosure Barring Services (DBS).
