This course focuses on professional skills in television and radio, preparing you for a multiplatform broadcast environment and experience of being in front of and behind the camera/microphone. You will have the opportunity to produce broadcast-quality work in our television and radio studios, and produce/present programmes on our broadcast radio station.

104 UCAS points from GCE A Levels or equivalent. Typical offer - CCC/BCC, BTEC Extended Diploma: DMM, BTEC Diploma - D*D, International Baccalaureate 26 points, IELTS Academic: Undergraduate: 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any band).

The course provides for development of a range of production and presenting skills which are invaluable for a career in broadcasting. It also helps develop critical and communicative faculties in exploring how and why the broadcast media functions as it does. These skills are highly transferable and would be professionally applicable in a wide range of professional roles across the media and beyond.
