4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program

Foundation Year
The Foundation Year develops students' academic confidence and creative thinking through modules including Critical Thinking, Writing for Success at University, and The Creative Image. Year 1
Students are introduced to the foundations of filmmaking through modules including Visual Storytelling, Studio Production, and Researching and Writing for Filmmakers. They explore directing, cinematography, editing, screenwriting, and production management while producing practical film projects and collaborating with students from acting and screenwriting disciplines.
Year 2
The second year develops technical and creative expertise through modules such as Biographical Short Film, Genre Short Film, and Production Design. Students refine documentary and narrative filmmaking techniques, expand their production skills, and gain professional experience through an Industry Challenge, optional Placement, or Study Abroad opportunity.
Year 3
The final year focuses on professional filmmaking through The Short Film: The Film and the Market, Major Project I, and Major Project II. Students independently develop, produce, and market original films while strengthening leadership, project management, post-production, and entrepreneurial skills, graduating with a professional showreel and portfolio suitable for the international screen industries.
