4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
This major focuses on understanding the links between agriculture, food production, processing and distribution, food access and human health. It links research and teaching between the Colleges of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences, Medicine, and WSU Extension.Students will become skilled communicators and critical thinkers as they work with researchers, potential employers and community members to explore economically vibrant, resilient, and nourishing food systems that promote equitable access to healthy food.
At least 12 years of school, culminating in an appropriate secondary certificate or external examination. Schooling should include preparation in humanities, mathematics, basic sciences, and social sciences. A minimum GPA of 2.70 (on a 4.00 scale) Official Transcript TOEFL iBT: 75 or IELTS 6.5 overall.
