Digital technology pervades our culture, empowering individuals to transform the way we look at the world. The Design + Animation program, offered at the main campus in Dobbs Ferry, investigates the creative capacity of digital technology to improve communication, develop creative self-expression, and explore perception and interaction among people, objects and ideas. The Bachelor of Fine Arts program is designed to prepare students for careers in animation/gaming and communication design.

Good academic standing, All students are encouraged to apply regardless of their GPA as Mercy College does consider other factors in the admissions decision such as extracurricular activities, professional experience and English proficiency, Official academic transcript and/or Foreign Academic Credential Evaluation (for foreign transcripts), Foreign Academic Credential Evaluation (and/or official American transcripts), TOEFL or IELTS Scores, or accepted proof of English language proficiency (if English is not your native language), English Language requirement:TOEFL IBT: 71, IELTS: 6.0, PTE: 48, Copy of current passport, Financial documentation, affidavit of support, proof of income, bank statements, Refund Certificate Form, F-1 Transfer Form, submitting a portfolio of work
