BACHELOR OF FINE ARTS IN GRAPHIC & INTERACTIVE DESIGN (B.F.A.)

Study design through a multitude of media in the Bachelor of Fine Art program in Graphic and Interactive Design at West Chester University. From theory and history to concept and fabrication, our students develop a portfolio of original work through an immersive, hands-on curriculum, with a specific focus on creative authorship. Our program covers a variety of techniques such as typography, illustration, image-making, UX/UI design, animation, and motion design. Our faculty members are active and professionally-recognized artists, designers, and scholars who are dedicated teachers committed to fostering an environment that promotes artistic experimentation, diversity of thought, multiculturalism and global awareness. Faculty, never teaching assistants, are in the classroom every day to encourage our students as they develop into socially and globally-engaged artists.
