You’ll benefit from the expertise of our music and education faculty in this program, which is jointly administered by the two departments. You’ll receive extensive training in performance, conducting and analysis and you’ll have opportunities to direct university ensembles. You’ll also develop the skills needed to succeed as a teacher and spend a semester student teaching to hone your abilities as classroom leader.
