Program Overview

Catawba's Music offerings honor the past, revel in the now, and forge a path into the future for Music majors who must audition to be accepted into the Music Department's bachelor's degree program. In addition, students majoring or minoring in Music or participating in an ensemble may be eligible for a Music scholarship, based upon auditions and awarded/renewed on a semester by semester basis.

Completed undergraduate application, Translated and Evaluated transcripts from all secondary/high school and post-secondary schools attended, Official standardized test scores: either SAT, ACT, TOEL, or IELTS, Letter of Recommendation, Students whose native language or language of instruction in secondary/ high school is English: SAT-I or ACT score is required, English Language requirements: Achieve a minimum score of 79 on the IBT TOEFL Minimum of 550 on the paper-based TOEFL, Score of a minimum of 60 on the IELTS, Complete Level 112 from an ELS English Language Center, Score a 450 or higher on the Critical Reading section of the SAT-I, PDF Color Photocopy of your passport, Completed Certificate of Finance Responsibility
