Program Overview

While earning a Bachelor of Music degree, about two-thirds of your coursework will be in music. While some of the liberal arts requirements are waived for Bachelor of Music students, you'll still have the opportunity to take a few classes outside of the music department to ensure a well-rounded education. The Bachelor of Music degree is available in five different areas: instrumental music, piano, voice, composition, and music teaching. Each program has its own requirements, which are listed in the music department pages.A minimum of 50 percent of the major requirements mustbe Concordia coursework.A minimum GPA of 2.0 in Concordia courses and all courses in the major presented for graduation
