Bachelor of Music in Music Education

The undergraduate program is broad, encompassing a wide variety of music teaching and learning settings and styles. In addition to this foundation, which includes a minor in education, students also choose a customized emphasis area that best meets their professional goals and academic curiosities. Recognizing that no two students are exactly the same in their educational interests, this emphasis offers an individually-tailored area of specialization, ranging from traditional vocal or instrumental, to jazz, technology, and creative music making, among others.
