This degree prepares students for certification as music educators. The curriculum includes 66 credit hours in vocal, instrumental, and general music as well as 31 credit hours in professional education, including supervised teaching.

High school diploma with a GPA of 3.71, High school andor college transcripts, SAT andor ACT scores. Two professional or academic recommendation letters, 6.0 minimum IELTS with no more than two sub scores below 6.0 or 75 minimum TOEFL internetbased or 56 minimum PTE.
