This field includes auditing, management accounting, financial accounting, international accounting, forensic accounting, tax accounting, and public-sector accounting.Many accountants pursue Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification to diversify their job opportunities. CPAs may become entrepreneurs, starting their own accounting firms, or work as external auditors for major accounting firms.
