Program Overview

Widener s accounting program offers a number of different options for students to meet the 150 credit-hour requirement to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Three of the options allow qualified students to earn 150 credits in four years, while the fourth option allows students to earn a bachelor s and master s degree in five years. Each option builds in an experiential learning component (e.g., co-op or an internship). The department also offers a minor in forensic accounting.
