The University of Arkansas strongly recommends that new freshmen and those transfer students with fewer than 24 transferable credit hours complete the following college preparatory curriculum in high school:
Applicants must complete 4 units of English, 4 of Math, 3 of Social Studies, 3 of Natural Sciences (including 2 lab sciences), and 2 units of other courses, including Oral Communication, Physical Education, Health & Safety, and Fine Arts.
