Year 4 – Strategy and Career Preparation: Students integrate their business knowledge through Global Business Environment (BUSN 347), Strategic Management (BUSN 470), and Business Career Capstone (BUSN 499). The final stage also includes the Organizational Ethics Integration Seminar (BBST 4657), approved internship completion, and career management workshops to prepare students for professional responsibilities.
