Florida State University’s Real Estate major is housed in the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate, and Legal Studies and is nationally recognized as one of the largest and most successful real estate programs in the United States. Established in the early 1970s, the program provides a rigorous interdisciplinary education that prepares students for careers in mortgage banking, brokerage, appraisal, development, investment analysis, and corporate or government real estate.

Minimum GPA: 2.70–2.90 based on entry point
