Florida State University’s Real Estate major is housed in the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate, and Legal Studies and is nationally recognized as one of the largest and most successful real estate programs in the United States.   • MAC 2233: Calculus for Business

  • ECO 2013 & ECO 2023: Macroeconomics and Microeconomics

  • ACG 2021 & ACG 2071: Financial and Managerial Accounting

  • STA 2023: Business Statistics

  • Minimum GPA: 2.70–2.90 based on entry point

  • Credit Hours: At least 52 required before formal admission (typically at junior level)

  • BUL 3310: Legal and Ethical Environment of Business

  • FIN 3403: Financial Management

  • MAN 4720: Strategic Management and Business Policy (Capstone)
