Program Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology (BSBIT) at Illinois Tech is a STEM-designated interdisciplinary program that bridges business fundamentals with core IT skills.   • Managerial and financial accounting, business analytics, and web development

  • IT systems, data modeling, and social science/humanities electives

Year 3:

  • Organizational behavior, supply chain analytics, marketing, and finance

  • Cybersecurity, network technologies, and project management

  • First Interprofessional Project (IPRO I)

Year 4:

  • Strategic Management capstone (BUS 480), systems integration, and free electives

  • Final Interprofessional Project (IPRO II)
