The Khubani BS in Business, Technology & Entrepreneurship (BTE) at NYU Stern is an innovative undergraduate program tailored for students who want to launch and lead in the digital economy. This interdisciplinary degree blends foundational business knowledge with technological fluency and an entrepreneurial mindset, preparing students to solve complex challenges and disrupt industries. Students gain early exposure to coding, product design, startup ecosystems, and global business strategies through a curriculum designed in partnership with leading industry advisors and NYU’s Courant and Tandon schools.

  • Liberal Arts Core: Calculus I & II (or III), Commerce & Culture (Writing), Texts & Ideas (Critical thinking and analysis), Cultures & Contexts / Global Cultures
  • Social Impact Core: Business & Society, Organizational Communication, Law, Business & Society, Professional Responsibility and Leadership

  • Business Tools Core: Cohort Leadership Program, Microeconomics (with Algebra and Calculus), Statistics for Business Control & Forecasting Models, Principles of Financial Accounting
  • Funcational Business Core (choose at least 3): Managerial Accounting, Foundations of Finance, Management & Organizations, Introduction to Marketing, Operations Management

  • Entrepreneurship Core: Enterpreneurship: Mindset & Action, BTE Immersion, BTE Startup Lab, BTE Capstone, Entrepreneurship Elective

  • Technology Core: Fundamentals of Information Technology, BTE Immersion II, Introduction to Computer Science, Data Structures, Technology Elective

  • Global Experience Requirement: Economics of Global Business, Study abroad (semester away, Stern IBEX, or global short-term program)
