Oklahoma State UniversityThe Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance (General Option) at Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business is an AACSB-accredited program that prepares students for diverse finance careers across corporate finance, banking, investments, and financial planning.

Year 1: General education, business data science technologies, introduction to entrepreneurship, microeconomics, and composition
Year 2: Accounting, macroeconomics, statistics, finance introduction, management, marketing, and principles data analytics
Year 3: Intermediate accounting, financial management, money and banking, legal business environment, investments, and communication skills
Year 4: Advanced accounting tools and technology, strategic management, electives and upper division of finance
Internships: Strongly encouraged with excellent placement support through OSU’s industry network
Student Organizations: Finance Club, Student Investment Club, and regular networking events
Eastin Center for Career Readiness: Professional skills training, career development, and employer engagement
Practical Learning: Emphasis on communication, analytics, and applied financial decision-making throughout the program
Graduates pursue careers in corporate finance, banking, investment management, insurance, and financial consulting
Common employers include banks, investment firms, corporations, insurance companies, and government agencies
The program builds strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills for progression into senior financial roles or specialized fields such as portfolio management or investment banking
