The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Management at Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business prepares students for leadership, supervisory, and management roles in business, government, and nonprofit sectors.

Year 1: Foundational courses in composition, American history, data science technologies, business analytics, entrepreneurship, and American government, along with social sciences and natural science electives
Year 2: Focuse on accounting, career planning, microeconomics, management fundamentals, managing behavior and organizations, finance, marketing, and business-government relations, with additional humanities and management electives.
Year 3: Covers legal and regulatory environments, professional and interpersonal business skills, human resource management, written and oral communication, data analytics, and ethical leadership or corporate social responsibility. Includes further upper-division management electives.
Year 4: Students complete advanced coursework in upper-division management, strategic management, upper-division business electives, and free electives to meet the total credit requirement.
