  • Year 3: Covers legal and regulatory environments, professional and interpersonal business skills, human resource management, written and oral communication, data analytics, and ethical leadership or corporate social responsibility. Includes further upper-division management electives.

  • Year 4: Students complete advanced coursework in upper-division management, strategic management, upper-division business electives, and free electives to meet the total credit requirement.
